Hatch+ offers auto-renewing subscriptions. This will continue to give you unlimited access to content while you maintain an active subscription. Cancel anytime. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Play Store Account. Your subscription will automatically renew and the credit card connected to your Play Store Account will be charged at the subscription frequency you choose unless you decide to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. You may manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

This app is terrible. It is not intuitive at all. I end up in weird loops within the app. We've contemplated getting rid of our hatches and just using an alexa or google product because it would be easier to program. It's way too complicated to fix the volume. I can't search for items I want to add to the touch ring menu. It has two places to name the device. One will let me change the name, the other will not. Just terrible.

It keeps getting worse. This app use to be very easy to use choose a color and a sound. Done. Can't do that any more. I have to preset it to routine. Try to select the sounds my kids have been using for 3 years. Can't do that. It's just add to a routine. But literally it won't let me add it to routine because it crashes. Hire an HCI person to help fix this. I can't in good faith recommend your products anymore.

I have had my hatch rest for 3 1/2 years now, we absolutely love it. However on some of the sounds it sounds like there is another sound mixed in with it, or a song underneath certain sounds. Now we have started experiencing other issues such as connectivity issues. My bedroom is not that far away from my toddler's room, yet I cannot connect through the app to his hatch. Which is incredibly frustrating because the point of it is to not have to go into their room an interrupt their sleep.
